GovernanceKit is infrastructure, based on app technology, that helps you to build your own application that can be used in a wide range of areas. GovernanceKit is designed to serve as the "go-to" toolkit for: directors, management, boards and governance body’s. Filled with the relevant data GovernanceKit can be of great help to those who always need to take the bigger picture into account. You can use GovernanceKit for instance to map and explore elaborate (policy)fields. Furthermore you can use GovernanceKit as a safe (and stand alone) communication channel to a selected group of users. GovernanceKit can be used to transfer and store documents in relation to meetings and it is even possible to add your personal comments in GovernanceKit.

Who can use GovernanceKit?

GovernanceKit can be used by those with an interest in certain complex governance and policy fields and who need a quick assessment of a deciphered version of it. This could be an already more informed professional who uses GovernanceKit as a kind of backup, or somebody in a more distant role to an operation (in governance or in a board of directors etc). GovernanceKit can be used in meetings to quickly check things. In GovernanceKit you can create an archive of meetings etc and attach documents to them.

How does GovernanceKit work?

GovernanceKit needs to be enriched with relevant data. Consider GovernanceKit as a big, efficient, multifunctional and fast truck by which you can transport your (data)load to selected customers. The user experience of your customers by working with the data you sent them with our GovernanceKit will be unique. All information is under your fingertips and websites nor mail will be needed. This makes 1+1=3!! Advantage of GovernanceKit is that you analyse and register only once how your relevant environment is functioning, this is not a stand alone action. By adding gained insights in GovernanceKit you can develop extra knowledge. Stored information can be enriched by adding more relevant data to it. App technology enables you to easily acces desired information and explore stored relations. Furthermore you will  discover that stored data and defined relations will lead to new insights! GovernanceKit brings to life new knowledge about (non)existing relations for example. With GovernanceKit you always have your database with relevant information within reach on all platforms, even on your phone.

Datamanagement and hosting.

Protection of your data added in GovernanceKit is of our highest concern. Hosting is only done by certified hosting partners under strict Iso regulation.
